Homzmart Return Policy


Rejections

You can check the item while the courier is at your doorstep to make sure that it will be received as same as the website fitting the place properly and you can reject it in case you find anything different than the website.


Return Policy

If there’s any damage that was caused due to the shipping, it should be reported within 24 hours from the delivery date.

We need 3 photos/1 Video stating the issue clearly to be sent on our Facebook, Instagram, or Hello@homzmart.com.


Apparent Defects/Missing Parts

If the item was received with missing parts or it had any apparent defects/Differences “ Wrong Color, Item or Dimensions “it should be reported within 48 hours from the delivery date.

We need 3 photos/1 Video stating the issue clearly to be sent on our Facebook, Instagram, or Hello@homzmart.com.

On-demand items are not eligible for a change of mind return.


In-Stock Items

In-stock items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date only if the product accessories are complete, secured in the original packaging and the product is in its original condition.


Non-Returnable Items

All return requests are validated by our specialized team to confirm validity/eligibility. Examples of items not eligible for return are:

  • On-demand products in case of changing mind
  • In-stock items that are without the original packaging or not sealed
  • Items that exceeded 30 days
  • Items considered for personal use (for hygiene issues) such as mattresses, pillows..etc.
  • Defects that are identified as misuse
  • Items that Homzmart does not assemble

Assembly

We Could clarify that we don’t install any items that are installed on the wall or could be hanging from the ceiling. We should add that we don’t install any appliances.


Refund

If the payment method is cash then the refund could be through Bank Transfer or electronic wallet and vouchers.
